Bus Stop Location Review Request Form (Status: Closed)
This form is for requesting a review of a bus stop to be moved from its current physical location to another location, or for a new bus stop to be added. Requests received up to the end of September will be reviewed in October and may take up to thirty (30) days to complete. All requests received after the month of September will be reviewed in November and may take up to thirty (30) days to complete.
The deadline for submitting a bus stop location review form for the current school year is November 30th, submissions will not be accepted after this date. Once the review process is complete, HSTS will inform you of the outcome.

This form is intended to notify your child’s school and Halton Student Transportation Services (HSTS) that your child, although eligible for transportation, should not be placed on a school bus.
