Courtesy Seats may be granted for students who are not eligible for transportation services providing all of the conditions in the HSTS Operating Procedure are met and understood.
The Courtesy Seat Review and Allocation Process begins in October and closes on November 30th on an annual basis. The outcome of the courtesy seat review process will be communicated by email or phone by the end of October for all applications received as of October 1st. Applications received after October 1st may take up to 30 days to review.
The deadline for processing courtesy seat applications for the current school year is November 30th.
Bus Stop Location Reviews
Requests received up to the end of September will be reviewed in October and may take up to thirty (30) days to complete. All requests received after the month of September will be reviewed in November and may take up to thirty (30) days to complete. Please note: when the review process is complete, HSTS staff will inform you of the outcome.
The deadline for submitting a bus stop location review form for the current school year is November 30th, submissions will not be accepted after this date.
